It's an issue that likely will be a hot topic in the courts for years to come:Illegal aliens are injured on the job and,blaming their employers for the injuries,sue for damages.Even though they're working in the United States illegally,are these workers entitled to restitution?The New York Court of Appeals-the state's highest court-recently wrestled with that question as it examined two lawsuits filed by illegal aliens who were injured on construction sites.
