摘要

Precipitation of solvated zirconium tetrachloride by means of gaseous ammonia is studied. It tablished that a complex having the composition ZrCl_4-8NH_3 that is insoluble in N,N'-H' dimethylformamide is formed. The thermal breakdown of the resulting compound is studied. It is determined that zirconium dioxide is formed in high-temperature treatment of the compound. It is shown that it is possible to produce ceramic materials from zirconium dioxide stabilized by yttrium oxide through combined deposition of ammonium chlorides of zirconium Md yttrium and heat treatment of these compounds.
