HYDRODYNAMICS AND HEAT AND MASS EXCHANGE IN FURNACES WITH A SPARGED LAYER

摘要

The structure of the tuyere zone under various regimes of blowing through a submerged side tuyere was examined. Semi-empirical and empirical formulas are given for calculating the outflow parameters and elements of the layer structure as well as the dimensionless interfacial exchange coefficients.
