BaO-CuO-V_2O_5 Phase Diagram

摘要

The phase diagram of the BaO-CuO-V_2O_5system in air was studied by X-ray powder diffraction. Theexistence of the nonconducting orthorhombic compoundsBaCuV_2O_7 (a=15.051 A, b=15.450 A, c=15.175 A, Z=24) andSrCuV_2O_7 (a=14.496 A, b=15.404 A, c=15.025 A, Z=24) anda tetragonal compound BaCu_2V_2O_8 (a=12.744 A, c=8.148 A,Z=8, T_m=760beg C) has been confirmed, and their diffractionpatterns are presented.
