摘要

Isotherms of ligand adsorption by short oligomers were calcualted in the form of Scatchard dependences by the matrix method and were sued to calcualte ligand-polymer binding constants by the McGhee-Hippel method; the resulting binding parameters are close to theoretical. The complex formation with a polymer can be distinguished from the complex formation with an oligomer statistically, when a precise formation function and physical methods sensitive to the concentrations of monomer forms are available. Parameters of binding 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (1-methyl-4-pyridyl)-21H-porphine with the DNA [d(T_4G_4)]_4 tetraplex at 25 deg C were calcualted on the basis of the matrix and statistical approaches.
