摘要

The new applications of the nanocomposites are mainly oriented towards the formulation of systems for the controlled drugs delivery.The objective of the paper was the accumulation of data describing the manner in which the normal or the cancerous cells are influenced by the mesoporous materials carrying biologically active compounds.The investigations performed included tests of the cellular and tumor cytotoxicity and tests of proliferation using nanocomposites which contain an inorganic siliceous porous phase,in which,the organic substance,such as 3-(p-chlorophenyl)-pyridazinium-(4"chloroacethylanilido)-benzoil-methylene orN-(phenacetyl)pyridazinium-ylide was incorporated in the time of samples synthesis.The investigations evidenced the degree of involvement of each component from the structure of the silico-organic composites on the biological activity of the normal and pathological cells.
