摘要

A mathematical model is developed to describe the deformation of a metal solidifying in a casting-forging module. A two-component mold head-deformed metal system is considered. The model uses the theory of small elastoplastic deformations and a heat conduction equation, and the problem is taken to be planar. As a result, stress, displacement, and temperature fields are calculated at every time step of the rotation of eccentric shafts.
