V. Synthesis and Characterization of New 7 - Cyanoindolizines

摘要

The new indolizine derivatives 5a-d and 6a-d containing a cyano group attached on the pyridinic ring were obtained by the reaction of N-phenacylpyridinium bromides 3 with ethyl propiolate and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) as acetylenic dipolarophiles in 1,2-epoxypropane medium. The chemical structure of the compounds was assigned by elemental analysis,NMR and IR spectroscopy.
