摘要

This paper presents experimental data regarding the synthesis of seven new aryl-ethanolamines(5a-g)by direct reductive amination of ketones(4a-d)with amines(3a-d)in the presence of sodium triacetoxyborohydride.The new compounds were characterized by IR and NMR OH and ~(13)C)spectral data and elemental analysis.The new compounds will be tested as antidiabetes/antiobesity agents.
