摘要

We calculate the electromechanical deformation and the static and dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric lock and the piezotransformer of the nano- and micro-displacement stepping piezomotor. We construct for the stepping piezomotor the parametric block diagram of the composite piezotransformer with the longitudinal and transverse piezoeffect with voltage control. We determine the influence of the geometric and physical parameters of the composite piezotransformer and the influence of the external load on its static and dynamic characteristics, and obtain the transfer functions of the composite piezotransformer.
