We propose a model of the material fatigue damage process that makes it possible to monitor the status of the object - both in the scattered damage stage and in the fatigue crack growth stage. In addition, we propose to use the frequency and amplitude of the natural vibrations of the parts to monitor the geometry of the part and the physical and mechanical properties of the material in the process of designing, fabrication, and operation - and also for the accelerated tests of the finished articles.
