Anti-dumping duty on NBR quashed

The Delhi High Court has quashed the notification for levy of anti-dumping duty on Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) issued by the Central Government under the Customs Tariff Act. The court issued the order in response to the writ petitions filed by Kumho Petrochemicals Co.Ltd. and Fairdeal Poly-chem Lip challenging the notification.
