A dynamic administrator, shrewd strategist, and above all one who strove for the integrated development of the Indian rubber industry - KJ Mathew who passed away on September 11, 2012, at the age of 63 was more than that. A man with a clear vision, he has left an indelible mark in every sphere of his activity. He has also served as Principal Secretary and Chief Secretary in the Government of Kerala and as Chairman of the Kerala Electricity Regulatory Authority.
