NR production in Sri Lanka increases 11.6%

NR PRODUCTION IN Sri Lanka in the first quarter 2010 (January - March) went up by 11.6% to 42,300 tonnes from 37,900 tonnes during the same period in 2009. One of the reasons for this increase is the excellent weather for tapping that prevailed during the first three months of the year.
