Stringent glove rule causes market shortage

Shortage for nitrile, latex and vinyl medical gloves is being reported in the US market thanks to the new stringent testing standard. The shortage, expected to continue through the first quarter of this year, may not go beyond that, says the spokesman of Tradex International, a Cleveland- based glove maker.
