Goodyear's Easyrider aims to cut belt costs

Goodyear Engineered Products has introduced a low-rolling resistant rubber conveyor belt cover it claims will cut belt operating costs.The new Easyrider offering has been field tested and demonstrated it can reduce costs by up to 12 percent,Mike Braucher,Goodyear marketing manager of conveyor belt products,said at the NIBA convention.
