Harold Herzlich remembers his active years in the Rubber Division fondly.He liked working with people from other companies to see how they solved problems in a different corporate culture. But most of all, he enjoyed the camaraderie. "You could ask anybody to do anything," he said. "Nobody was embarrassed to call you and say he had a better idea."
