摘要

Dissolved organic matter (DOM) from through fall precipitation, lysimeters, stream water above and below a wetland and the wetland itself was sampled from Plastic Lake Subcatchment 1, near Dorset, Ontario, Canada. The sampled DOM was characterised on the basis pH, total organic carbon (TOC) concentration, fluorescence, absorbance, molecular weight and Hg binding ability.
