A new start for Reviews in the Neurosciences

With this first issue of 2011 we are pleased to announce that the journal Reviews in the Neurosciences, founded in 1990 by Freund Publishing House Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel, was recently acquired by the publisher De Gruyter to expand its offerings in biology, biochemistry and neurosciences. De Gruyter is an independent academic publishing house with a history spanning over 260 years. It has headquarters in Berlin and Boston and annually publishes over 800 new titles in the humanities, medicine, science and law, and more than 170 journals and digital media. In the fields of biology and biochemistry we publish the journals Biological Chemistry, BioMolecular Concepts, Hormone Molecular Biology and Clinical Investigation, Drug Metabolism and Drug Interactions, Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, as well as numerous book titles.
