Nuclear emulsion and high-energy physics

The hSUtory of the development of nuclear emulsion and its applications in high-energy physics, from the dSUcovery of pion to the dSUcovery of tau neutrino, are briefly reviewed in thSU paper. A new stage of development of nuclear-emulsion technique SU dSUcussed.
