LED curing of radiation curing floor coatings

Radiation curable floor coatings offer many benefits over their VOC-contalning counterparts. The UV cured coatings have no VOC components, are virtually instantly cured, allow immediate transport, are a one pot product and so offer no pot life issues or wastage. However, the use of UV lamps does create some environmental concerns from the mercury lamps and ozone generated as part of the lamp operation.
