New quality protocol selection

The process has been launched for the selection of new materials that could be considered for a Quality Protocol (also known as a waste protocol) in 2009 and 2010.The Quality Protocol Project is a joint Environment Agency and WRAP initiative which establishes how selected waste streams can achieve "end-of-waste" product status within the UK where there is not an EU standard in place.
