Viridor has said it remains “appropriately cautious” about future recyclable material prices, despite signs of improvement in the UK economy and the frm forecasting a boost in earnings once a number of its energy-from-waste (EfW) plants come online next year. In its Sustainability Report 2014 – ‘Giving the World’s Resources New Life’– published in September, the frm sets out its sustainability performance over the past year and future targets, as well as its fnancial forecasts.
