Photocurable resin composition containing anthraquinone derivatives

摘要

Photocurable resin compositions that are highly sensitive to UV light in a relatively long wavelength region are limited in number. These adhesives are also required to have low outgassing and not to impart photodecomposition products. The use of thioanthraquinone derivatives with specific structures can overcome these limitations in adhesives or sealing agents in the electronics field.
