At the 2012 RadTech conference and exhibition in Chicago, UniPixel was recognised by the RadTech organisation as a company that had made a major breakthrough in the use of radiation curing technology. The company has developed a number of novel protective films including a conductive film manufactured using a low cost UV curable transparent, roll-to-roll process utilising micro and nano-embossing. This resulted in UniPixel being presented with a RadTech 2012 Emerging Technology Award.
