This patent is similar to a preceding patent described EP 23791910), but describes the problem of achieving good flexibility of a printed film and good curing speeds. The composition is: 1) A polymer containing a repeating unit having a radically polymerisable group and having a bicyclo ring structure or a tricyclo ring structure at a site forming a part of a main chain; 2) A photopolymerisable initiator; and 3) A radically polymerisable compound having a structure different from that of the (A) radical polymer.
