REACH and CLP Regulations - ECHA summary report

The Reach Regulation requires that the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) report on the operation of the legislation to the European Commission every five years. In its first report since the Reach Regulation came into effect, the workability of both Reach and CLP Regulations is reviewed along with the key strengths and weaknesses in their implementation.
