Aqueous radiation curable polyurethane compositions

Radiation curable polyurethane dispersions are well known in coatings suitable for substrates such as metals, woods and plastics. However these coatings suffer from a limitation in that they do not produce flat coatings and so a mirror effect cannot easily be achieved. The combination of hardness, scratch and stain resistance and mirror effect smoothness is desirable.
