We discuss the possibility of realization of explosive instability in a resonance triplet of longitudinal waves, specifically, an ion Langmuir mode and two beam modes (slow and fast ones) in the system of a beam of charged particles and nonisothermal plasma. Estimates for the plasmasphere of the Earth are given.
