Late payment is a toxic practice that destroys smaller companies for whom cash flow is lifeblood. The story of Angel Jimenez in RAC a few months back - he paraded outside his non-paying customer's premises for four months bearing placards) will no doubt have raised a smile among refrigeration folk. It will also, I suspect, have given rise to a few nods of recognition and sympathy from those who have suffered grievously at the hands of late-paying customers.
