Refractories from Bucher Emhart Glass

Bucher Emhart Glass provides the industry's widest range of glass refractory expendable compositions, for use in wide range of pro-. duction applications, i.e.: glass containers, rolled plate, fiberglass, tableware, float glass, press ware and the hand glass industry respectively. In addition to refractory expendables, a range of standard refractory shapes, forehearth refractory shapes and also manufacture 'unusual,: complex, and small quantity shapes is offered. The compositions include alumina, alumina silicates, AZS, zircon, and fused silica materials. A premium expendable refractory composition 301 was recently developed, which is: designed specifically for longer lifetime. Bucher Emhart Glass launched also EmCast25 Quickset, a much improved lightweight insulation employed as a back-up insulation for spouts and orifice rings respectively.
