摘要

Pre-lined modular blocks of a fibrous refractory, panel assemblies, and modern recuperative burners were recently installed in the heating system of large heat-treatment furnaces undergoing upgrades at the OAO "ZiO-Podol'sk." These changes are making it possible to rapidly heat and cool the products being treated, reduce the consumption of natural gas by 25 - 30%, and carry out the heating operation with a uniformity of 2 - 5℃ throughout the designated temperature range.
