The Oklahoma Corporation Commission's Oil and Gas Conservation Division has released its second part of its regional earthquake response plan -- this one dealing with the central part of the state

Like the first set, which was released in early February, this one includes 5,000 square miles and more than 400 Arbuckle formation wastewater disposal wells. The two regulatory actions cover more than 10,000 square miles and 600 wastewater disposal wells. OGCD Director Tim Baker said the goal of the plan is to reduce the total volumes of wastewater to 40% from 2014 levels.
