Dominion Energy President Diane Leopold said the utility agreements reflect the need for the nearly 600-mile energy project delivering natural gas along a route from West Virginia, through Virginia and into North Carolina. The line will have a capacity of 1.5 billion cubic feet per day and carry Marcellus and Utica gas to market.
