Magnum Hunter Resources has entered an agreement with privately-held Hunt Oil that covers existing mineral lease acreage positions owned by both companies in Gonzales and Lavaca counties, Texas, in the Eagle Ford Shale.

Both companies have cross-assigned existing ownership interests in their respective lease acreage positions for both Lavaca and Gonzales counties.
