摘要

The project calls for 1,086 feet of 42-inch pipeline to be installed under the Rio Grande River near the City of San Elizario near El Paso, Texas. The project is associated with a 195-mile intrastate natural gas pipeline that is not under Ferc control. This part of the project will run from Pecos County, Texas, to the border crossing.
