摘要

Accidents that may cause frequency and voltage variations hazardous to the Ignalina NPP safety system devices are analysed. Possible accidents in the Russian Power System and in the Baltic Joint Power System in winter on-peak and summer off-peak conditions are studied. The maximum design accident at the Ignalina NPP the analogous accident at the Leningrad NPP and the tripping of the Estonia PS are studied. The 330-110 kV transmission network and the 6 kV auxiliary network of the Ignalina NPP and the models used in calculations are discussed. Results of calculations of frequency and voltage variations are presented.
