Chinese economic growth vital for LPG demand—World Bank

Economic growth in Asia-Pacific’s larg-est LPG consuming market,China,is gradually slowing as it moves deeper into its structural transformation,accord-ing to the World Bank.But the country is on track to meet the government’s eco-nomic growth target of 7.5pc this year. China’s economy is expected to slow to 7.6pc growth this year and 7.5pc growth in 2015,down from 7.7pc last year,according to the bank’s latest China economic update.Beijing left the country’s growth target unchanged from last year,which would be its slowest annual pace since 1991.
