A new, spiny euphorbia and an amplified description of a perennial woody species, both from the Hadhramaut, Yemen

The dwarf spiny Euphorbia seibanica is described with locality of collection in Yemen and status (endangered). A woody species, E. riebeckii, was also collected and is described.
