摘要

The main title of this thesis translates into English as 'Entrepreneurial learning as a means to local and regional development'. The term 'pedagogisk entrepren?rskap' as it is commonly used in the Scandinavian languages is a somewhat looser and wider term than the English 'entrepreneurial learning'. Referring to this loose conceptual usage of the term, sometimes as a rhetorical slogan in political debates, Odd St?le Eide aims at clarifying the concept. Without much reference to existing attempts or theoretical discussion, he suggests the following definition: 'Entrepreneurial learning (educational entrepreneurship) implies organizing for learning situations with the aim of developing and implementing new products or projects on the basis of networks between agents inside and outside the school' (p. 21).
