Timely detection caries lesion, selective preparation techniques and modern filling materials with chemical bond to hard dental tissues are undoubtedly the future of dentistry. Directed ablation of small caries lesion techniques are little invasive, minimal painless and present substantial changes in preparation damage to hard dental tissue [1-6]. Ever since design of the first laser, its special radiation has been exerted in many medical applications [7]. The characteristics of the laser radiation, such as monochro-macy, and coherency are used primarily in a field of medical diagnostics. Small divergence of the laser light and its possibility of concentration and thus high luminous intensity, is basic parameter important to therapeutic, and also preparation purposes. For this outstanding characteristics, the laser radiation is now routinely used in the ophthalmology, surgery, dermatology, urology, and recently also in dentistry, among others - for preparation of hard dental tissue [8].
