The Scientific Community and the DTI(Department of Trade and Industry)have been blamed for the lack of commercialisation of nanotechnology research,in a recent report published by the Science and Technology Committee.Teh report,'Too Little Too Late?Government Investment in Nanotechnology',concludes that the Government's attitude to the commercialisation of nanotechnology in the UK"presents a depressingly familiar picture of excellent research that is not being translated to the country's commercial benefit to the same extent as is in other countries."
