POCT Ltd which also provides services to the National Independent Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, announced today the completion of a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Anaiox Instruments Ltd, (Analox) a United Kingdom based instrument and reagent manufacturing company. The transaction completed on 6th February 2015.
