Bird's eye view of intracellular signal transduction pathways

A wide range of phosphorylation events are critical for cellular processes, including growth and differentiation. Cells must be able to respond to extracellular and intracellular cues to modulate activation or repression of specific proteins. The Luminex xMAP~R platform enables multiplex analysis of both circulating and intracellular proteins, including phosphoproteins. Luminex xMAP~R technology is a bead-based assay that enables the simultaneous measurement of concentrations of multiple proteins in a single sample using Luminex instrumentation to acquire and analyze resulting data.
