The authors regret the following corrections of information that were inadvertently omitted and or cited incorrectly: 1. An acknowledgment of New York State Department of Health personnel who led and implemented the project: Marilyn Kacica, MD, MPH; Eileen Shields; Kristen Lawless, MS; and Kuangnan Xiong, PhD; along with key expert collaborators: Deborah Campbell, MD; Michael Horgan, MD; Edmund LaGamma, MD; Timothy Stevens, MD, MPH. 2. A correction in the name of the NYS DOH agency. The Bureau of Women's Health should be the Division of Family Health. 3. Finally, we inadvertently misnamed ACOG, as the American College of Gynecology. Its corrected name is the "American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists".
