The understanding the structure of carbon layers is important for their technical applications,for example in medicine or electronic devices.Last years abound in researches of carbon materials mainly DLC and diamond films,which are attracted for their good electron emission properties.Diamond was classified as good material for field emission cold cathodes due to its high thermal conductivity,chemical inertness and first of all negative electron affinity (NEA).
