Use of infrared thermography in potato stores.

Use of IR thermography for monitoring temp. and ventilation performance in potato stores is discussed with reference to: principles of IR thermal imaging; evaluation of thermographic data; calibration of IR thermography measurements; benefits of IR thermography over conventional temp. sensors; and use of IR thermography for temp. monitoring and climate control in stored potatoes.
