Coke oven gas utilization for hydrogen, methanol and dimethylether production

摘要

Alternative directions of coke oven gas (COG) utilization have been presented. The balance of COG in Poland has been shown. The concept of non-recovery coke plant which produce coke and hydrogen by thermal conversion of hydrocarbons from raw COG have been discussed. The process of methanol production as an attractive and commercially available technology of COG processing has been shown. The method of DME direct synthesis as an interesting proposal for future COG processing has been indicated.
