Immission and emission measurements of gaseous pollutants

In the institute for ventilation and refrigeration technology ILK gGmbH the portable tele-measuring system DIM was developed and several cases of application tested in practical applications. The system is highly selective and is based on the interaction of the noxious gas with infrared radiation, which can be examined. Results of the DIM are compared with measured values of a measuring container of the Saxonian measuring network, and it is dealt on continuous measurements of immission as well as with the determination of the diffuse emissions by methane and carbon monoxide at a dump.
