Single event upset studies with the optical links of the ATLAS semiconductor tracker

Studies have been performed of Single Event Upsets in the ATLAS SemiConductor Tracker optical links system, The measurements were made using low energy neutrons, and pion and proton beams in the momentum range 300465 MeV/c.
